I’ve been having a lot of issues recently on my u400 where I would get a deadbolt error everyday at least a few time during the day where I need to use my physical keys to open the door. Is this a known issue recently? I made sure battery is charged. Lock itself is up to date in firmware and I just updated the firmware for the hub.
