My u400 smart lock keeps having this problem where it’s not communicating with my smart hubs and it’s saying the door is locked when it’s not. Another problem I’ve been having is whenever I try to add a password or a fingerprint, the u400 isn’t fully connecting to BT and I have to wake up the u400 by pressing keypad for it to allow me to add passwords or fingerprints. It’s like staying asleep and it’s not waking up and communicating like it’s supposed to. And I have reset the u400 and done lock calibrations multiple times, I’ve even reset my M3 hub and my smart things hub and it has done nothing or changed anything. And It does it on both Android and iOS as well.
