I have had nothing but trouble keeping the U400 lock connected to apple home, had to reset this damn thing 4 times now in 1 week. I have moved the thread router I have tried several other ones. I have had to remove it from apple home completely to get it to go back on line I have a G410 door bell and have it linked to that now and man that was a pain as well. Any suggestion on how to fix this damn thing. The Aqara App is really buggy and it keeps asking the same things over and over. I fully expect an expensive device to just work. But all thing Aqara have had a lot of bugs I have to think long and hard about buying more devices from Aqara,
For me, it has also been a disaster. I have the u100 And that one works fine, and pretty much every other thread and Zigbee device is working just fine. It’s just this one lock. I am not sure if it’s like a bad update or something along those lines.
But yes, I have a IPv6 enabled and mDNS and they both work great for the rest of my smart home.
I am using W200 thermostat from aqara as the thread border router.
