I bought an Aqara U400 and received it yesterday; I removed my existing smartlock and spent less than 10 minutes installing the U400.
Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The only hiccup was my own, when I failed to turn on UNLOCK ON APPROACH on my Apple Watch Ultra (in Apple Wallet, in the Home Key); once I turned it on, it started working instantly.
I can now walk up to my front door with my iPhone, or just with my Apple Watch, and my door opens quickly and without my even breaking stride.
The fingerprint sensor works perfectly as well, as does the keypad for entering an access code.
With 4 different ways to unlock the door, the U400 does everything I want; having a way to unlock the door with a physical key is an important feature for me, and having 3 other methods to unlock the door is excellent.
This is my 3rd smartlock; I started years ago with a Nest, then have had a Schlage for the last 3 years–but the U400 is head-and-shoulders better.
