Does the U400 smart lock have the Passage Mode feature like the U100? I can’t seem to find it anywhere.

Based on the reference info, the U400 has a “Normally open mode” listed as a native supported feature when connected via Bluetooth, which functions similarly to Passage Mode on other Aqara locks.
For the U400 specifically, you can toggle this via the Action button — long press for 3 seconds to enable/disable the Auto-Lock on Close feature, which effectively gives you that passage-style behavior. There’s also mention of “Normally open mode (TBD)” in the Bluetooth feature list, so the exact implementation may still be evolving.
