I installed the U400 last week, couple of things and wanted to see if anyone has a solution or suggestions
The lock unlocks automatically probably 4/10 times i walk close to the door from inside. The door statyed unlocked overnight for 1 night and i am now running an complex automation to relock it if this happens but is there a way that UWB does not unlock from inside? There is a glass panel next to the door/lock.
First time i charged the battery it took more than 18 hours to charge to full, and it only charged to ful when i connected the usb c directly to the battery. It did not go to full overnight when i had it connected to the port on the inside module. I was charging with a anker 18w pd charger directly from the socket.
Regarding the issue you mentioned, could you please recheck the UWB cable of the door lock to see if it is damaged or not properly connected? This issue will only occur if the indoor antenna is damaged or not connected correctly. If the problem still cannot be resolved after reconnecting the antenna, we’ll be more than happy to provide a replacement service. Please feel free to contact us at support@aqara.com.
As for the slow battery charging issue, it has already been fixed in a Beta firmware update. You just need to enable Beta updates in the Aqara Home app and download the latest firmware.
When charging the battery, please note:
You can use the Type-C port at the bottom of the indoor lock to charge the battery, or
Remove the battery and charge it separately
By design, the battery can be fully charged to 100% in about 6 hours.

is the small black cable with the golden magnetic connector that comes in from the part of the lock outside of the door to inside? if yes then it looks well connected
