So I purchased and installed a U400 for my sister two days ago. Everything went so smooth. This morning I took the battery out to charge it to 100% (got the green LED on the battery). When I put the battery back in the lock it would not connect to the Apple border router (Home Pod Mini). When I looked closer it looks like the lock is not getting any power. Set button doesn’t work and the key pad doesn’t light up.
I checked that the power connector is seated correctly. Not sure what to try next.
