I just installed the Aqara U600 on place of the u200, it is a game changer
It is fast, mostly silent and easy to use in a UK door
very different than the Old one
Just to point out that on U200 I could not find a way to reset it to factory. I think there should be an option like that.
It is the best lock I ever head so far
I am also looking to move from my U200 to a U600. Can I ask does the U600 provide any notification that you haven’t lifted the handle to engage the bolts when it locks. I know on my U200 that if I haven’t lifted the handle then I get a jam notification so it is very obvious.
You have to press the press the keypad 
and v button at same time and follow the instructions for factory settings
it is different, It does not give notification if you have not lifted the handle, however the external handle does not operate if you do not unlock the device
I don’t think you could get a JAM as most the handle is mechanically operated. you remove the key cylinder altogether
I think you can set the device to Lock if you didn’t lock with within a certain time
