Hello, here is a video example of what happens when I try automatic calibration through hitting the set button or using the app. I attempted all of the troubleshooting issues, except for the fact I don’t have the option to manual calibrate. When I try to manual calibrate, it says ‘please autocalibrate first.’ I am on firmware 3.0.0_0077 and I don’t see anywhere on my account to update to beta version firmares like V80. I tried contacting Aqara support but have not heard anything back in 3 days after sending them this video and my firmware version. Can anyone please help me? Thank you!

@nicholas_spinosi I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with calibrating your U200 lock. Let’s see if we can troubleshoot this together. Based on the reference information, here are some steps you might try:
-
Check Installation: Ensure that the mounting screws are neither too loose nor too tight, as this might affect the calibration process. Additionally, check if the installation position is slightly misaligned, which could hinder smooth operation.
-
Firmware Update: It seems like your current firmware is 3.0.0_0077. Typically, updating to the latest firmware can resolve many issues. Although you mentioned not having access to beta versions, ensure that your firmware is at least above version V76, as this is often necessary for optimal functionality.
-
Calibration Process: Since automatic calibration isn’t working, ensure you follow these steps:
- Close the door and unlock it from the inside.
- Press and hold the Set button on the lock for 3 seconds to initiate calibration. If the lock beeps twice, it indicates a failure.
- If these steps don’t allow you to proceed with manual calibration, it might be necessary to ensure the auto-calibration completes successfully first.
-
Aqara Home App Settings: Double-check the app settings to ensure everything is configured correctly. Sometimes, the app might have specific prompts or steps needed before allowing manual calibration.
If these suggestions don’t help and you’re still facing issues, please reach out to the Aqara Customer Service Team by the Aqara Home App (Profile > Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or use the provided QR code for efficient assistance:

Hello @nicholas_spinosi
You need to wait for the release of the new firmware, the new firmware is in the testing stage.
Or wait for the response of the product manager and if possible you will be added to the whitelist and you will be able to receive the firmware very soon.
I have tried all these steps. And the customer service steam is incredibly slow on getting back to me, with multiple days in-between responses and nothing even remotely close to helpful
Same problem !
What can I go ?
Hi, did you manage to solve the problem and did you receive a new firmware? If there is still no firmware, please enable the beta update function. I have shown how to do this in the screenshots.
