I have some issue, I bought 2 W400 CN region thermostats, one of them connects without issue, second one not connecting, and I receive the some issue

Hi , what server do you use? Are both W400 same product number?
I’m experiencing the same issue with a China region light connecting to a China region hub on the China Mainland server. My current hypothesis is that Aqara recently implemented a new level of region/geo-locking on devices, and the device IEEE address is getting blocked at server level.
