Hello, i have been trying to connect the w600 thermostat to the aqara app. But it doesnt connect at all. Tried all methods which were mentioned on the box as well as the online tutorial video but still doesnt connect.
Any suggestions how to fix this?

To see the W600 in the Aqara Home app via Thread (Matter), you need an Aqara gateway with Matter support (e.g., M3 or M200). Without a gateway, the W600 in Thread mode is only visible in third-party Matter platforms — Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, SmartThings, Home Assistant, etc.
Yes i have a m300 but it still isnt connecting i have followed all steps mentioned

Hello, this might be due to regional restrictions. Where did you buy the W600? Is it intended for your region? If the product was released for the Chinese market, it will not connect to the Aqara app.
It was bought directly from the Aqara UK website.
Is the M3 gateway there too?
If your W600 and M3 hub are designed for your region, there shouldn’t be any issues operating via Thread in the Aqara app. It is possible that you initially connected the W600 to a different Thread network, and now the M3 cannot take over that communication channel, as it has already been registered to other equipment.
Took me some time but got it sorted.
Instead of connecting it via auto scan i went into matter products and added it through there took about 10 minutes for each to connect but eventually i was able to connect them all.

Hi, I prefer Zigbee, especially since you have the M3 gateway. The W600’s feature set is far superior (in my opinion).
