Unable to update firmware for D200i

Hi All, I am trying update my D200i doorlock firmware from 3.0.0_0024 to 3.0.0_0028 but it keeps failing.

Things that have been tried:

  1. Bluetooth confirmed connected.
  2. Wifi connected to 2.4Gz.
  3. M3 Hub is only 2m away.
  4. Tried to update when door is closed, Failed.
  5. Tried to update then door is left opened, Failed.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello @HitmanReborn . Try removing the battery for 10-15 minutes, reinserting it, and updating the lock. If the issue persists, please contact support@aqara.com. Be sure to include your Aqara Home login, lock device ID, app version, and lock firmware.

Hi @Raman.V do i have to keep my door locked or leave it open during the process?

My update algorithm works flawlessly. 1. I turn off all automations related to the device. 2. I turn off WiFi on the phone. 3. I put the phone in “screen not falling asleep” mode. 4. I turn on mobile Internet. After these actions, I perform the update.

I encountered the exact same issue, D200i firmware stuck at 3.0.0.0024, using M3 hub. I tried every combination and suggestions from Internet, none of them success. Every the “Upload” percentage stop in the middle and said update fail. I tried to set 2G and 5G Wifi in D200i, using mobile/wifi in iPhone/iPad/Android Phone/Android Pad, VPN… nothing of them work. Any suggestion is apprepriated.

To many steeps to make an update don’t you think?:rofl::rofl::rofl: when I make an update on an Aqara device the only thing I keep track is to not let my iPhone to get on sleep or standby as for some weird reasons Aqara app many times is closing without any reason even when I am here on the forum if my iPhone goes on standby it close directly the app.weird thing but because of that I try to keep the screen on and the app open all the time during the update and for me works perfectly
