I’ve been having many problems with my internet at my new house. So I’ve set up and removed several Aqara cams: G5 Pro Wi-Fi’s, G3, and the associated vibration detectors and sensors.
I’ve now finally got almost all of them set up on a separate 2.4 GHz, dedicated network and also synchronised with Apple Home.
That is, of course, apart from one stubborn remaining G5 Pro which refuses to connect.
The app can detect it and connect to it, but it won’t put it into the app either by the Aqara app or directly with Apple Home.
After many fruitless hours, I finally got everything organised, and I have discovered the problem because under the Connective Ecosystems tab on the Apple Home Section I can see all of the HomeKit devices
It displays all the ones that are behaving properly and all of the ones which I’ve now called something else and are showing us being faded out with the legend “can not be bound”
I’m guessing that is because I’ve chopped and changed them so many times that they think there’s something fishy going on.
It also might be because I Have my location in England when I live in Spain, which is something I generally tend to do because it means that all of the information and support is available in in English which I need
So can I get you to please unbind at your end this last remaining camera?
The Aqara code is 0067-1934 well, unfortunately, I can’t tell you it’s Mac address or anything more than that at the moment because I can’t access anythingalthough unfortunately I can’t tell you its MAC address or anything more than that at the moment because I can’t access anything.well, unfortunately, I can’t tell you it’s Mac address or anything more than that at the moment because I can’t access anything
I’m hoping you will be able to identify it from this and unbind it for me please
Many thanks in anticipation of your assistance
