Uncontrolled Flashing Lights: Combining Logic Home and Fibaro 2 Dimmer

I’ve been experiencing some frustrating issues with my smart lights, and I’m hoping the community can help shed some light on the problem. Let me start by explaining the setup.

I have a bedroom where I’ve installed a push button and two ZHC5002 dimmers from Fibaro. I’ve created some flows to control the lights: when the light is on, the push buttons on both dimmers should be on, and when the light is off, the buttons should be off. Additionally, I’ve set up flows so that pressing the buttons on the dimmers toggles the light on or off. Everything works perfectly right after a restart of my Homey hub. However, after some time, or sometimes when switching the light on or off, the light starts to flash randomly without any discernible pattern. The only way to fix it is by restarting the hub, which is quite inconvenient, especially since this happens more than three times a week.

I suspect there might be a loop causing this issue, possibly due to latency from multiple hubs or the two ZHC5002 dimmers handling the same process simultaneously. Looking at the mesh table, both dimmers are indeed connected to the most hubs, which might contribute to the problem.

I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including resetting the dimmers, checking the mesh network, and updating the Homey firmware to the latest version. However, the issue persists. I’m wondering if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or has any suggestions on how to resolve this without having to restart the hub so frequently.

It would be great if someone could provide some insights or alternative solutions. Maybe there’s a different way to configure the flows or a setting I’ve overlooked that could prevent the loop from occurring. I’m really hoping to find a more permanent fix so I can enjoy my smart lighting setup without the constant hassle of restarting the hub.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer!
