Hey everyone, I’ve been experiencing this really annoying issue with my Echo device. Every now and then, when a Flash Briefing news episode starts, the volume suddenly blasts much louder than it should. It’s like the Echo starts playing the episode before it even processes the volume settings for that specific news cast. I’ve tried yelling “Alexa, pause” and then restarting the episode, which does fix the problem temporarily, but it’s super frustrating that I have to do this every time it happens. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it permanently would be greatly appreciated!
