I have one that I positioned at the middle of a flight of stairs. It has 3 zones, upstairs, stairs, and downstairs.

If a person enters the upstairs or downstairs region it will turn on a light at night. The sensor recognizes the direction of the person so if they are going downstairs it will turn on lights there as well.

This works pretty solid, but I need a better way to hide the long power cable. Also, would like to hear of other ideas people have come up with.

Cool idea! I recently saw some FP2s that were mounted directly onto a flush-mounted socket. It’s a great way to hide the cable.

Is that direct wired behind it like a switch? Do you have a product link by chance?
