Calibration using app, both manual and automatic, can be done successfull, but sometimes unlocking fails afterward
The unlock movement will always start, but will halts on the way and sound like it skips a gear, while trying to resume motion
Anyone with some experience on this?

Note, the lock has been running fine for a few month and sometimes it will lock and unlock perfectly

I have similar issues with my U200 lock. I have been using it from about 8 month and everything was perfect but from approximately 3-4 weeks there are problems with proper locking/unlocking. Lock is trying to move the wheel but it can’t. When afterwards I am trying to open it manually it is extremely hard to turn the lock at first move. I had reset the lock, as well as other devices (M3 hub and button which is programmed for opening and closing the door lock) but situation has not been changed. What I can do with that? I am afraid it is because of firmware update (as I mentioned above, the lock had been working in the past perfectly).
