I have 2 devices fp2. For 1 fp2 i repeatedly get an announcement that there is an update available. old version 1.3.6_0003.0028. When i try to update to 1.3.6_0003.0098 updating stops at 80%. Why?

Hi there.are they near the router?my be try rebooting your router and also take them out from the socket let them 1 min and plug them back wait till they connect to the WiFi and try again update each one by one if the issue persist you should contact aqara support for more investigations

The fp2 was not near the router. I have reboot the router, put fp2 off/on close to the router now but still only 80% update.

But how much time did you let it and see if it will got further or not?also make sure to keep the screen on till is done as for some weird reason if the phone goes on standby the update goes too
