I have a problem. I have connected the W100 to the Hub M3 via Zigbee. In the application, I connected a secondary device, a thermometer, to the W100. Then the temperature is displayed on the W100 display, but the temperature is not updated. To update, I need to open the aqara app, here the W100 settings, and open the secondary sensor connection settings.
@dominik.prucha It sounds like you’re experiencing a synchronization issue with the Aqara Climate Sensor W100 and the secondary thermometer. According to the reference information, when the W100 is connected to an Aqara hub via Zigbee and linked to an additional temperature and humidity sensor, the secondary area on the device screen should display data from that sensor. However, the synchronization of data between the device and the app might not be immediate.
The device typically communicates with the connected thermostat every 30 minutes to synchronize data. However, pressing any button on the Climate Sensor W100 should trigger immediate synchronization with the thermostat. This might also apply to the secondary sensor data. If the data still doesn’t update as expected, you may need to manually prompt the synchronization through the app, as you mentioned.
It’s important to ensure that both the W100 and the secondary sensor are within the connection range of the hub and functioning correctly. If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to reach out to the community for more insights or consider contacting customer service for further assistance.

Hello, I have same troubles. Secondary data for temperature and humidity from AQARA sensor connected via M3 is not regulary updating even both devices are connected to same HUB via Zigbee. Second interesting thing is that prmary temperature sensor is very sensiitive, you can just take W100 into your hands and temperature is growing for several degree Celsius.
Any sensor, if you take it in your hands, will receive heat from a person’s hands and the temperature will rise, in my opinion this is normal.
Yes, it is probably feature for sensitive sensors, but as it is including also remote buttons it is make sence to consider this. Probably sampling rates setting can help. What are prefefined value fo Low, Standard, High?
Same problem with mine.
The second sensor display just doesn’t work. When first set it will usually show the correct figures, but then it either never updates, or gives up and shows 0. All sensors are in range of the hub, and update Homekit and Home Assistant correctly.
I’d have returned it for a refund if I hadn’t recycling the packaging by mistake.
There’s a new firmware out now. It took the best part of two hours to install last night, but so far the second sensor display is updating correctly
