Valve Controler T1 goes offline

Hello, I have installed two Valve controlers T1 very close to each other. One of the controllers goes offline usually at idle times during the night. Without intervention, it can go online again later. Zigbee signal is excellent with the M2 hub located quite close to the device. Second controller has never went offline.
Can anybody suggest why this is happening? Is the device defective? All firmware is up to date and batteries are good quality and new. The first controller exhibiting the problem has some simple automation where if closed it opens the second controller, and if open it closes the second controller. Thanks.

Could you please try to replace the battery and see if that resolves the issue? Additionally, I would like to know if the valve controller T1 is installed on the metal materials?

Or you can send a picture to show where did you install it

Hello and thank you for your answer.
Both controllers are installed on metal pipes (see pic). they are about 20 cm apart.

The one on the red valve is exhibiting the issue. M2 is like 3 meters away.

Hello, think about it, do you have a device in your house that can work as a repeater (a socket with zero, a lamp or something else)? I suspect that when you connected the device, it prescribed the Zigbee route through the repeater. And now the main question - do you have repeaters that you can sometimes disconnect from the 220 volt network. If so, then this may be the cause of the problem.

Well I can buy one, but i have m2 3 meters away from the controllers. I will try to remove and re-add the device. Thanks.

What other Aqara devices do you have (besides the gateway and valve)?

When you say M2 is close to the T1 - any walls in between?

One wall with a closed window.

No other devices. Just the m2 and two T1 controllers

Hello, if there is a possibility to set the router to channel 11 wifi. Also think, maybe there are some switching power supplies near the Aqara device (they can “make noise” and cause interference). I had this. Also, it is recommended to place the router and gateway at a distance of at least 3 meters from each other.

I will try the suggestions here, but it seems odd that the other T1 next to it has never lost connection. Thank you.
