Very disappointed with the aqara staff

Im So disappointed with the aqara forum staff and the beta team. First off the beta team holds a beta and never sends out the firmware updates and then doesn’t respond to any messages or DMs asking why we never received the firmware updates. And then I made a complaint about the beta team here on the forum and then the aqara staff takes down my complaint. Instead of asking me why I think that or get down to what happened, they just erase my message. That tells me everything that aqara staff doesn’t care or want to be better about how they run their beta tests.
