@B-BSan Thank you for reaching out! It sounds like you’re experiencing an issue with adjusting the sensitivity setting on your Aqara Vibration Sensor. Based on the reference information available, you should be able to change the sensitivity setting through the Aqara Home App by navigating to: Aqara Home App > Vibration > More Settings > Sensitivity.

Since you’ve mentioned that the setting remains unchanged even after a week, there may be a communication issue between the sensor and the hub. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Ensure Connectivity: Make sure the sensor is well within range of the Aqara Camera G3 Hub. You can try moving the sensor closer to the hub to see if this resolves the issue.

  2. Reset the Sensor: Try resetting the sensor by pressing the reset button and re-pairing it with the hub. Sometimes a fresh connection can help resolve these kinds of issues.

  3. Firmware Update: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your devices in the Aqara Home App, as updates can sometimes resolve existing issues.

  4. App Refresh: Try logging out and back into the Aqara Home App, or reinstalling it to ensure that all settings and updates are synchronized correctly.

If you’ve tried these steps and the problem persists, it might be a good idea to reach out to Aqara’s customer support for further assistance. Please contact Customer Service Team by Aqara Home App (Profile>Help&Feedback>Customer Service) or scanning the QR code:
