I went through the process about six times, and each time, after the camera connected, it seemed to lose power—no lights, no network connection. I was really puzzled and wondered if anyone else had encountered this issue.
After some research and trial and error, I figured out that the placement of the doorbell was crucial. I realized that the initial spot I chose had some hidden wiring issues that were causing the power loss. Once I adjusted the placement and ensured a stable power supply, the doorbell started working perfectly!
It’s been a great addition to my home security. The video quality is excellent, and the motion sensors are super responsive. I also love the two-way audio feature—it’s like having a mini intercom system right at my front door.
