I finally received the Aqara Voice Mate H1 today.

…this foil strip that keeps the battery deactivated cannot be removed. It is too tight and I am afraid of damaging the Voice Mate H1.
How can I open the small metal plate without damaging the Voice Mate H1?

Hi, for the sake of better sealing, we make the gap tight. If it is really difficult to tear off, you can press the battery cover and rotate it counterclockwise to take off the battery and then pull out the insulating sheet, but the fastest way is to tear it off vigorously. Please rest assured that it will not damage the equipment. Sorry if you need to do this way
