Hello All! Needing help since the compatibility website said my thermostats are not compatible but didn’t tell me why. I have two thermostats, one upstair and one downstair. Both are Honeywell T6 Pro Wifi version. Would love to know why mine is not compatible with the W200? I attached my pictures:

@tuyenquyenchau You seem to be experiencing an issue with the compatibility of your Honeywell T6 Pro Wifi thermostats with the W200. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
The W200 can support it. You just need to adjust the wiring during installation by connecting the wires originally intended for W2 to the W1 terminals on the W200.
