Hey all I just installed the. W200 thermostat 3 days ango and although most things are running pretty good I am experiencing a small issue. Maybe somebody knows what it is. I did report to tech support at Aqara , but I’m also putting it up here.
I have the new u400 doorbell cam as well and I get this pop up on w200 when someone rings doorbell instead of snap shots. And before anybody posts and asks me, “Yes” everything I have in my home is all on the same network. I do not have more than one network so there’s no way anything can be connected separately.
I did go back and try something some had mentioned online i had read. And for moment it worked. To bring back snap shot display.
1- if you go inside the link Device there is area says Notification duration. I had it on 10 sec i changed to 30 sec.
2- Then i unlinked and re linked device now all working again.
Pretty sure they have a glitch some place.
Well 1 -Hr later issue came right back must be software issue.
