There was an update a few days ago, and ever since I installed it, the W200 has been frequently showing “Device offline.” The “Temperature & Humidity Sensor,” which is a child device of the W200, goes offline at the same time. The sensor’s battery and signal strength were fine, but whenever the W200 goes offline, the sensor goes offline as well.
The W200 appears as “Offline” in Aqara Home, but the connection to HomeKit remains intact, and I can still control it via HomeKit.
Sometimes the W200 goes online without me doing anything, and other times it doesn’t. I use many other Aqara products, but the only ones experiencing offline issues are this W200 and the sensors connected to it, so I don’t think it’s a problem with the router. Before the update, the device had connection issue only once. I got the W200 through an Early Bird trial, and it went offline on the very first day I set it up, but I hadn’t experienced any connection issues since then until the update.
