Are there details on which doorbells will be compatible with the view functionality on the W200 thermostat? Wonder if it will work with non Aqara doorbells?

I thought it was only showing still photos not live feeds?

I had this feature working when first installed. However the first time it was tested in a real setting… it failed!
After some trial and error I was able to get it working again. Next chance to test it in a real setting… FAIL!!
Now I’m unable to keep both devices on the same WiFi network channel for some reason?
I’ve checked the network configuration and both devices are connected to the same
WiFi channel 44
Zigbee channel 15
Thread channel 15
Everything seems to match as it should, but doorbell pressed on the thermostat screen it delivers a message that the devices are not on the same WiFi network?
I’ve reset my router to factory to be absolutely sure that everything should be working… but it’s still not working?
I’ve now tried factory resetting the thermostat and still not working?
I know it’s not a really big deal… although it was a selling point for me to switch out the ecobee I was perfectly comfortable with.
So it’s got me very frustrated to not be able to get this feature to work properly.
Does anyone have any advice?
