It was a real pain trying to find a smart 10V FCU thermostat. I eventually came across the Aqara W400 and thought I’d be able to connect it to the Home app or at least to my Home Assistant setup, but no luck. There’s no info in the manual, nothing useful online either. I figured getting an Aqara Hub might fix it, but it looks like the M100 doesn’t support this thermostat. Now I’m stuck and hoping someone here knows what I should do. The W400 is supposed to work over Zigbee. If I get a Zigbee dongle for Home Assistant, would that let me add it?

Hello @iam11
First of all, it is a wifi device, nalisip there zigbee implies that if wifi is unavailable, you will be able to control the linked devices with w400 if one device is on one hub. This is written on the official website.
So, there is no way to add this device to HomeAssistant?
If W400 has Homekit code. try adding it with HA via this code.
Hi @iam11
Does the W400 support 0-10V? I haven’t found any information anywhere.
And in the end, were you able to solve your problem? I want this thermostat too, but I’m still looking for a global version.
