Hi, I have two options for you.
1-if you have an M3 gateway try connecting to it.
2-if you don’t have an M3 then try reinstalling W600.

I see that your Hub is set to M2. Could you kindly check whether the M2’s firmware version is 4.3.8 or above?

With App Version 6.0.4 it also works with the M2 Hub

I don’t know. First I connected it with an M3 hub. It works there. After that it also worked with the M2 Hub.
