So after 6 months of use one of my W600 has broken. was going round checking all the valves when I seen that one of then was hardly attached. Much like the early versions of E1 radiator values the plastic nubs that hold it onto the value have given way and broken.
I’m hopping the rest don’t do this. Anyone else experienced this yet
?
Oh wow, didn’t saw this before. Mine are fine so far.
Have you reached out to Aqara support? Is there still a warranty?
Hello, sorry for such an experience.
It seems to me that the W600 was tightened too much. Traces of pressing (dark coating) are visible in the picture. I unscrewed mine specifically, there is no visible worn place at all. Also, it is possible that the calibration was carried out and then the W600 was tightened again. In any case, contact the support service.

Well looks like it’s really broken and torn by too much pressure- my cleaning wife run on the thermostat by cleaning… looked nearly the same
But was a Tado

Yea they have contacted me. No it was no over tightened anymore that one would normally do. Just done up to finger tight as to stop it from moving. Maybe this one was slightly, but hard to say, but again not to my knowledge nor was it bumped by anything as it’s out the way.

And how did Aqara handle this case? You get a replacement?
