W600 thermostats problem with app


Hi dear community,

Maybe someone knows a solution to this problem — or if there is a solution at all. About two and a half weeks ago, all of my W600 thermostats in the house suddenly went offline, and since then I haven’t been able to control them in the app anymore.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did you solve the issue? The whole point of having them is, of course, to be able to manage and adjust everything through the app.

Hi, are you using Thread or Zigbee? If Thread then you need to look for a problem with your home network. Have you tried reinstalling the W600? Maybe you are using a gateway, describe it in more detail.
