W600 timeout in the App

I’m trying to configure my W600 thermostats. Timeouts occur again and again and the configuration is not saved. What’s the problem? The thermostats are connected to the Aqara Hub via zigbee and the signal strength is good.

Hi, welcome to the forum. If these are newly purchased thermostats, then check for updates for them.

I have the same issue. I tried a lot (e.g. reset w600 many times) but still the same problem and the w600 will Not heat in generell. I feel the problems start with the change from Wintertime to Sommertime in Germany. Firmware ist 2745
