Water Leak Sensor Won't Pair?

I bought a 3 pack of the sensors and got the first 2 paired w the new M3 Hub with no issues.

But no luck with the 3rd. I’ve tried easily 15+ times. Sitting as close as 5" to Hub. I’ve rebooted the Hub and my iPhone. But nothing has helped. Sometimes I get the Sensor to blink 8-10+ times instead of the necessary 3. I assume I got it into some kind of reset mode when that happened? Anyway, I’ve done the 3 blinks step at least 7 times with no luck,

Any ideas or guesses as to what I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Hello, welcome to the forum. Try to postpone adding the sensor for 24 hours, it sometimes helps (problem with the server response). Also check if the sensor is not already installed from one of the previous attempts, then the protection in the program does not allow you to remove and reinstall it. Do not forget, during installation, the phone must be on the same WiFi network as your gateway.
