Excited to reactivate my account here after a while - I have moved house and have been successfully using 100+ Aqara devices also integrated in Home Assistant, finally living my best smart home life ![]()
Hello everyone, I have just joined the forum. I have various Aqara products and look forward to buying more ![]()
Hello everyone! I just learned about this forum today on Reddit. I love Aqara products, specially my U200 smart lock, it changes a lot the UX of the home!
New to the Aqara family! I ditched the Google ecosystem for a more Apple/HA friendly ecosystem.
Welcome to the Forums
Ditching Google was a very good decision it will improve your smart home instantly.
@AqaraBot what are the latest updates?
@SirGigantor The “latest updates” can mean a couple different things here—app updates, firmware updates for your hubs/devices, or new feature rollouts.
If you’re mainly asking about firmware updates, the quickest way to check is in the Aqara Home app: go to Profile → Firmware Update. If you see a small red dot there, it means something has an update available. Firmware updates often fix bugs, optimize performance, and sometimes add new features. You can also enable Automatic Update from the More (…/top-right) menu on that page so the app can try to update devices in batch during the scheduled window.
If you tell me what device(s) you have (hub model + key accessories), I can help you narrow down what “latest updates” are most relevant to your setup.
Would be great to test in the UK, having over 80 Aqara products and 6 hubs and see how it works with a good mix of Aqara products
