Has anybody had any success using the vouchers from the Lucky Draw prizes? For me they’re accepted as a coupon in the initial cart but don’t work during the final checkout.

I wanted to use the won €5 coupon to subscribe to one month of Home Guardian for one camera (€4.99), but I failed with the provided code in the redeeming process in the Aqara app.
But I don’t know if that is a bug or intended and this coupon was never meant for redeeming a Home Guardian subscription and is only valid in Aqara’s website shop.

It started with the M3 Hub, a door/window sensor and a water leak sensor. Now I have approximately 20 sensors plus a M1S Gen2 Hub. Next is the U400 door lock and cameras.
