I’m curious which features you actually use day to day and find genuinely helpful, not just the ones that look good in the specs. Things like motion detection, AI alerts, night vision, privacy mode, or smart home integration. What features make your life easier or give you more peace of mind, and why do you like them?

Privacy mode is very important to me, and I found G3’s gesture recognition very helpful. When I’m watching a movie, I just can show a V (peace) sign to the G3 that’s in my living room, and it will activate a scene that dims the lights (a cinema mode basically) and turns off the camera (because it clicks when there’s a bright-dark-bright-dark sequence in a movie, the clicking is the camera switching to infrared and back)

We really only use ours for entryway and playroom monitoring. So as far as using a lot of the features, unfortunately, we don’t really use much. The G5 pros night vision is phenomenal. It’s eventually gonna be moved to overlook the parking pad, but the reliability of all three cameras are pretty stellar.
