Hi!
I have G410 doorbell hub and was using a E1 before. I would like to migrate devices from the E1 to the G410 without having double entries in Homekit and Home Assistant. Is this possible?
thanks!

@Hemmik Hi there!
Migrating devices from the Aqara Hub E1 to the G410 doorbell hub can be a bit tricky, particularly if you want to avoid duplicate entries in HomeKit and Home Assistant. Based on the reference information, it seems that the hub migration function is specifically available for migrating devices from an Aqara Zigbee 3.0 hub to the Aqara Hub M3. Unfortunately, there isn’t a direct mention of a migration process for other hubs, such as the G410, in the current documentation.
To avoid duplicate entries, you may need to remove the devices from the E1 hub before adding them to your G410 hub. This manual process should help in maintaining a clean setup without duplicates in HomeKit and Home Assistant.
I understand this might not be the seamless solution you were hoping for, but I encourage you to share your experiences or seek further advice from the community, as they might have encountered and solved similar issues.
If you have any further questions or need more detailed assistance, feel free to ask. Happy to help!
Hello @Hemmik
The G410 doorbell does not support migration.
