I saw that Aqara was highlighting T2 Downlights at IFA Berlin a few months ago and I am very excited at this idea. I have 4” Nanoleaf Downlights currently and I have troubles with connection and automations continuously. Like most of my Nanoleaf purchases, I got them because they were the first product in the segment to tick the boxes I wanted but as others have come into the space I have been replacing them with much more reliable options and Aqara products have quickly become my first choice to get as a replacement, if it’s offered.
I had seen other IFA coverage hint at an October availability or Q4 in North America, I was just anxiously hoping it was soon. My browser refresh button needs a break and I’d love lights in my bathroom that actually respond when my presence sensor tells them to turn on.
