A recent M3 report says P2 door events still appeared in Apple Home and Home Assistant while a local Aqara Home automation stopped playing audio on the hub. The owner also saw an empty Aqara event log. Those observations do not show where Aqara Home lost the chain.
Before resetting or rebuilding anything, a per-run trace could show: when the hub received the trigger, whether each condition passed, whether the action ran locally or through the cloud, and whether the target acknowledged it or returned an error. An explicit “no trigger received” state would be useful too.
