Long story short. They were working on my house and to remove the doorbell they broke the mounting plate that was mounted in door. I need a replacement and cannot find it anywhere. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, @nsmniak13 there’s unfortunately an official way to a replacement for it. But there are STL available for 3D printings with even more options
Or you could ask Aqara Service by email… maybe they can help you out

Hi, you can 3d print one, there are some free files on cults3d or thingiverse, if you don’t have a 3d printer, you can find local sites in your area or any 3d-print online service like pcbway in which you can choose weather-resistant materials if you need, just send them the file and get a quote
