Aqara offers a range of smart locks that work with different protocols:

Zigbee Locks (U100, U50): These locks use Zigbee and support Matter over Bridge. By connecting to an Aqara Hub, you can enable remote access and easily integrate the locks with multiple smart home ecosystems, including Aqara Home, Apple Home (Home Keys supported), Amazon Alexa, Google Home, and more.

Thread Locks (U200, U300): These locks are Thread-enabled Matter locks. Once paired with a Thread-compatible Matter controller from any ecosystem, they will work seamlessly and efficiently. Supported ecosystems include Aqara Home, Apple Home (Home Keys supported), Amazon Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings, Homey, Home Assistant, and others.

Where can I find videos or instructions on how to setup Apple Home app woth my Aqara U100?

How do I connect the U300 to Apple Home? It says any Thread / Matter hub (i.e. HomePod) works but when I try to add it as an accessory by scanning the Matter QR code via Apple Home, it recognises that Iā€™m trying to add a lock but cannot connect to / find it.
