Why does the camera not return to spot you set it

I don’t understand why it never returns to spot it has been set to remember I’ve recalibrated it shut it off all that still not working properly

I believe it returns if you enable person or animal tracking (even if you manually change the position). Otherwise it will just stay as you left it.
