I have a u200 door lock that I have to change batteries every month if I’m not mistaken. This would’ve been better with a battery pack, not sure why this is the case
Hello I had the same issue. Write an email to the Aqara support team and ask for a new battery pack. Since the battery change, my Smart Lock U200 has been going on for more than 5 months.
I’ve only needed to charge my U200 once since I set it up about six months ago.
Replacing the battery every month is a bit much. If the battery swap doesn’t solve it, maybe it’s just working too hard. My hub is right by my door, and the deadbolt locks and unlocks so smoothly.
FWIW, I’ve had mine for a bit over 5 months and the battery is at 23% and the keypad is 2 out of 4 bars.
I’m in a moderate climate where it never went below freezing this winter. I know cold weather can be tough on battery life.
I don’t know why your battery life is so poor but wanted to get you an idea of what normal battery drain might look like.
