This is what I get, quite often, on my Doorbell Camera Hub G410, although as you can see, the signal is very strong, and other items much further away report no issues.
And what the heck is ‘fluency’ and how or why should I have to be switching to it?
At times it takes forever saying “Ready to Connect”, and “Loading video feed.”
Often I have to switch to another camera feed (I have G100’s too which never have these issues) and back before it will load.
The hub/speaker is within 3 feet, and both devices are within 15 feet of the Wifi router.
Well I just replace my HUAWEI AX3 and BE3 with an Deco X50 but before I was getting many network issues on Apple home app since ios26 release because I had the AX3 on ios18 and was working great.now with my deco I see 1/2 per day or there are 1 day o do not see it. I set static IP for each Apple device and I still get sometimes that network issue and to metían that this doesn’t happen to Apple apple device at once
What band do you use on your WiFi?also what channel ?because there are channels that have more interference then others for example I have set on my 2.4Ghz band channel 6 and in the 5Ghz I have channel 48 so make sure to not have set this bands to auto try each channel and see what is the best and keep that on ech band
It means Low Resolution. It asking you to switch to a lower resolution to help improve the video quality. I have no idea why Aqara doesn’t just say that in the message.
“The network connection is poor, switch to a lower resolution”
I’ll have to look, but it’s only that one device that keeps having this problem. Either that it’s or it’s the only one that’s reporting a problem. I have 2G 100 and I have some WYZE cameras. I have a Tapo camera and none of them seem to have any problems. I also have a solar camera that’s way out in the backyard on a fence. That’s a camera in a birdfeeder. Never have these issues! The one that’s 15 feet away from my main Wi-Fi and only about 4 feet maybe from the Hub/speaker part of the combo and yet I keep getting this error.

But still, I have no idea why this is the only camera that is constantly giving me that error and constantly taking forever to connect. It makes no sense as of said it’s about 15 feet from the Wi-Fi and about 4 feet from the Hub part of the Doorbell combination you know the thing with the speaker in it. Yet I’m constantly having this problem only with that one camera. Wish I knew what to check.
In the middle of the screen at the top of the live video you should see the screen resolution like 1520p etc tap that and you can switch it other resolutions including Low Resolution
Thank you for the reply, I would rather figure out why it’s having a hard time running with everything being so perfect. Going to a lower resolution is a Band-Aid, but figuring out why it’s not running at full resolution is my real goal.

The natural language shortcuts are what I’m most excited about. Setting up automations has always felt more like writing code than just living in your home — this finally makes it feel effortless. Just being able to say “turn everything off when I leave” and have it actually work is how it always should’ve been.
The camera timeline feature is a great bonus too. Having clips from multiple cameras stitched together automatically will save so much time when reviewing footage. Really curious to see how well Aqara’s cameras handle the 4K HomeKit integration in practice!
I would like to set my automations by telling SIRI what I want her to do and being able to edit that automatiuon in my Apple Home App. I have quite a few Aqara cameras and other items and would like a tighter integration with mater and Apple home.
