Wyze App Event Deletion Workaround and Improvement Suggestion

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a workaround for the Wyze app’s event deletion feature, which I found a bit tricky after updating to version 2.11.41. While mass deleting events isn’t as seamless as it used to be, I figured out a method that works pretty well!

Here’s what I do:

  • First, I scroll all the way to the bottom of the event list to the earliest event.
  • Then, I tap on that event to view it and delete it individually.
  • After deleting that one, I scroll back up to the top and use the ‘Select All’ option in the delete menu.
  • This selects all events, and I can delete them in one go!

It’s a bit of a workaround, but it gets the job done without having to manually delete each event one by one. I hope Wyze considers bringing back the old functionality or making this process smoother in future updates!

If anyone has other tips or tricks for managing events more efficiently, I’d love to hear them! :raised_hands:
