Hey Wyze enthusiasts! I’ve been tinkering with my Wyze cameras lately, and I thought I’d share a fun project I did to make one of them a bit more discreet. As some of you might know, I’ve got some nosy neighbors who seem to take an interest in every gadget I install. So, when I decided to add a camera to my backyard, I wanted something that wouldn’t stand out too much.
After some careful planning, I decided to give my Wyze Cam V4 a stealth makeover. I painted the housing matte black to blend in with the surroundings. The result? It’s almost invisible now, which is exactly what I wanted!
But here’s where I’d love to hear from you: would others in the Wyze community appreciate having a black housing option as well? I think it could be a great addition for those looking to keep their cameras low-profile without resorting to DIY modifications. Let me know your thoughts!
