Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with setting up additional Wyze Cam V2 cameras. While the first camera worked seamlessly, adding more units proved to be a bit of a puzzle at first. I encountered the blue light blinking issue and the app timing out repeatedly. Frustration set in as I tried everything from resetting the router to clearing the app cache, but nothing seemed to work. After some trial and error, I discovered that connecting the cameras to my guest network (which is specifically set to 2.4 GHz) made all the difference. To ensure everything was on the same page, I also reset the first camera that was connected to an extender. Within minutes, everything started working perfectly! It was such a relief to finally crack the code, and I couldn’t help but feel a sense of accomplishment. If my experience can help even one person avoid the same headaches, I’m thrilled. The Wyze Cam V2 has been a fantastic addition to my setup, and I’m so glad I stuck with it through the bumps.
