Wyze Cam V3 QR Code Fix: A Helpful Solution

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my recent experience with the Wyze Cam V3 and how I managed to resolve a QR code scanning issue. I recently purchased four new Wyze Cam V3 units, and to my frustration, none of them would accept the QR code during initial setup. I tried all the standard troubleshooting steps—removing the screen cover, adjusting brightness, moving the phone, flipping the QR code, and even performing a factory reset—but nothing worked. Initially, I thought it might be a hardware or power issue, especially after customer service suggested that. However, I decided to take a different approach before returning them again. I downloaded the latest firmware onto a micro SD card and performed a hard reset on the devices. After this, they connected within seconds! This process saved me a lot of time and hassle, and I wanted to share this solution in case others are facing the same issue.
