Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Wyze Cam V3 and have been enjoying its features. However, I came across some confusion regarding the subscription service. I was told by customer service that without paying the monthly fee for Cam Plus, I can only view recorded videos by removing the SD card and playing them on a separate device. This seems contradictory to what I read elsewhere, where it suggests that even without the subscription, I should still be able to playback recorded video via the app. This is one of the main reasons I chose this camera, so I’m a bit concerned. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d love to hear if there’s a way to access the SD card footage without subscribing. Thanks in advance for any insights!
